The reason I started my job at freshwaters is because I had grown up with two siblings that have disabilities and special needs. I watched first hand the difficulties they faced and I knew instantly that I wanted to be able to support children that face similar situations one day and help them to flourish.

I have a passion for wanting to help children and give them the best possible chance of achieving. I want to make a difference to children’s lives and for the children to look back one day and say that miss parr made a difference in my life.

My ambition is to one day become a teacher but working with children, helping them develop and reach their best abilities is something truly special and makes my job truly worthwhile and rewarding.
